By accessing and using W-Mail, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Our disposable email service is provided "as is" and intended solely for temporary and non-critical communications.

2. Description of Service

W-Mail provides users with instant, self-destructing temporary email addresses. We do not guarantee the delivery of any inbound emails nor the permanent storage of any data. Accounts and messages are purged periodically without warning.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, including but not limited to spamming, deceiving others, or violating any intellectual property laws. We reserve the right to ban users who abuse our systems.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind.

All software, source code, frontend UI, backend API architecture, databases, schemas, design systems, and trademarks associated with W-Mail (tempinbox.me) are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of lead developer Adeeb Jamil.
